To achieve accuracy in all areas of your reading, an exact time of birth and location of birth are necessary. Your current location is also necessary. For example, the Moon changes sign every two to three days. If you were born on a day when the Moon traveled from one sign to another, only your birth time would pinpoint what sign it was in when you were born. If you have a general idea of your birth time, we can use the estimated time but some information in your chart will be more generalized.

There are a few ways to determine your birth time if you’re unsure when it was. It might be helpful to begin by checking your birth certificate. Often, it will include the time of your birth. If you do not have your birth certificate, each U.S. state and territory has a procedure for ordering a copy, provided you were born in the U.S., or U.S. territory. Also, birth times can sometimes be determined from a baby book or relatives. If you have any questions about your birth time please contact us before you book your reading.

No, I am not a psychic, this is not a psychic reading. Your astrology chart reading will show patterns and energies from the past as well as those coming in the future. We will talk about patterns in your chart in “plain English”. If you have studied astrology, or have had your chart read before and would like more astrology language, let me know in advance through the intake form completed during booking so I can point this information out as we go through your reading.

I do believe in a higher power and that all of us have free will and choice. Understanding your astrology chart can help you see other sides and solutions to the questions you encounter in your life. I don’t believe that there are good or bad planets, charts, or people. Everyone is unique in their own way. We are not victims of our past lives. What would be bad for one person may be great for someone else. Astrology is often about what one chooses to do with the energies in their chart. Difficult planets are often just what you need to push you out of a tough situation and into something better.

You should not base important decisions on astrology alone. You must use your own intuition and judgement. Do not take my take my words as your only form of guidance to make life decisions. It is important that you carefully complete the ‘reading form’ when booking your appointment. In the form, you will have an opportunity to tell me what you would like to focus on during our time together. It will also inform me which areas to examine more closely in preparation for your reading. This is your chart, and it is unique to you. Before we start, I will confirm with you how you would like to spend our reading time. You will absolutely have an opportunity to ask questions and share comments during the reading. I take a client-centered and consultative approach to discussing your chart and answering your questions. This is not a one-sided session, it is a collaboration.

If you have a question or challenge with anything I say, please bring it up during our reading. We can talk about it right away to make sure things are clear, and that you receive the information you need.

You may reschedule your appointment a maximum of two times. If you need to reschedule, please email us directly at admin@astargazzr.com. Please do not attempt to reschedule through the booking link. If you do not show for your appointment, you will have a maximum of two opportunities to reschedule. If you do not reschedule within 90 days, no refund will be given.

Yes. You will receive an .MP3 audio recording of your reading unless you specify not to record our session. If for some reason a technological malfunction occurs and your reading is not recorded, no refund will be issued. Recordings are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your recording to be sent.

If you cancel your appointment via the confirmation email you receive within 48 hours of booking it, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please email us directly at admin@astargazzr.com to confirm cancellation and request your refund. Refunds will take up to 72 hours to process. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours no refund will be issued, and you will have 90 days to schedule your appointment.

Your reading will be conducted via Google Meet. Within 36 hours of scheduling, you will receive an email at the address you provided containing a 'Google Meet' link to use at the date and time of your reading. Please save this message as you will need it to access your meeting when the time begins. At the time of your reading:

• We recommend you find a comfortable and quiet place to occupy for your reading

• The Google Meet meeting room will not become active until the exact minute the reading is scheduled to begin. Rest assured, you will receive the entire time you scheduled despite the slight delay the meeting room takes to allow us to start

• You are welcome to use a smart phone or tablet, however we do recommend you use a desktop or laptop computer if possible

• Your meeting info will also have an option to call a phone number for audio

• Please have a pen and paper handy to take notes ​and​ write down any question that come to mind during your meeting. Also, you are welcome to have your camera on or off during your reading. It is up to you.

Yes, we do offer both night and weekend appointments on a first-come-first-served basis using our convenient online scheduling tool. We know your time is valuable and your schedule is busy so we offer night and weekend appointments to assist.
